Korean Rice

When I was wwoofing near Gangwondo back in 2009, I met several Malaysian at the resort who didn't dare to try Korean food like bibimbap as they were unsure of the ingredients. Furthermore they thought that Korean food kinda smelly and felt that they couldn't stomach it.

So they brought along with them food from Malaysia like canned food and dried anchovies sambal *nyamm..I'm practically salivating now*. Can't wait to go home!!

But, where do I get the rice in Korea? I knew some of them who practically brought their own rice cooker when they travelled. Hmmm..pretty overdoing it you think?

Don't worry!!

Cause you can actually find this handy Korean rice pack practically at every convenience store in Korea.

How do I reheat it?
Easy as 1,2,3. Bring in the water to the brim of the rice and into the microwave for 2 minutes.

Price?
1,000 won at major superstores and 1,200 to 1,500won at convenience stores.
